The T/F Box Office Checklist for a Fab Fest!
Festivals can be confusing, and T/F is no exception. So we've put together this checklist to help you ensure your T/F experience is a great one. Please note, if you do not reserve tickets with your pass prior to the festival we cannot guarantee you a seat. So, please refer to the checklist below and you'll be set.
- Purchase a pass online (available between January 7 and February 19).
- Receive a confirmation email for your pass purchase. (If you did not receive this, email tickets@truefalse.org.)
- Make your pre-fest ticket reservations online. (Please note: You will have ONE opportunity per pass to enter your reservations. Any changes or additions must be made at the T/F Box Office starting Thursday, Feb. 28 at noon.)
- Silver Circle passholder: Reservations begin at 12:01am Sunday, Feb. 10
- Lux passholders: Reservations begin at 9:01am Monday, Feb. 11
- Simple passholders: Reservations begin at 9:01pm Monday, Feb. 11
- All pre-fest reservations end at 5pm, Friday, Feb. 22.
- Receive a confirmation email for your ticket reservation (one per pass). (If you do not receive this, email tickets@truefalse.org.)
- Pick up your pass and reserved tickets at the T/F Box Office.
- Express Pick-up Hours: Wednesday, Feb. 27, 5 - 8pm; Thursday, Feb. 28, 9am - noon. (No additions or exchanges can be made to your reservation at this time. No exceptions!!!)
- T/F Box Office Hours: Thursday, Feb. 28, 12pm - 10pm; Friday, Feb 29 & Saturday, March 1, 9am - 10 pm; Sunday, March 2, 10 am - 5 pm.
- T/F Box Office opens at noon on Thursday, Feb. 28. At this time, passholders can make changes to their pre-fest reservation or pick up additional tickets (based on ticket availability).
- Keep your pass with you all weekend, as you'll need to present both your pass and ticket for admission into screenings.
- If a screening you want to attend is "NRT" (No Reserve Tickets remain), don't despair. Use the "Q."
