The T/F Box Office Checklist for a Fab Fest!

Festivals can be confusing, and T/F is no exception. So we've put together this checklist to help you ensure your T/F experience is a great one. Please note, if you do not reserve tickets with your pass prior to the festival we cannot guarantee you a seat. So, please refer to the checklist below and you'll be set.

  1. Purchase a pass online (available between Nov. 1, 2009 and Feb. 17, 2010*, or while supplies last).
  2. Receive a confirmation email for your pass purchase. (If you did not receive this, email boxoffice@truefalse.org.)
  3. Make your pre-fest ticket reservations online. (Please note: You will have ONE opportunity per pass to enter your reservations. Any changes or additions must be made at the T/F Box Office starting Thursday, Feb. 25 at noon.)
    • Super Circle passholder: Reservations begin at 6pm Sunday, Feb. 7.
    • Silver Circle passholder: Reservations begin at 6pm Monday, Feb. 8.
    • Lux passholders: Reservations begin at 6pm Wednesday, Feb. 10.
    • Simple passholders: Reservations begin at 6pm Friday, Feb. 12.
    • All pre-fest reservations end at 6pm, Friday, Feb. 19.
  4. Receive a confirmation email for your ticket reservation (one per pass). (If you do not receive this, email boxoffice@truefalse.org.)
  5. Pick up your pass and reserved tickets at the T/F Box Office.
    • Express Pick-up Hours: Wednesday, Feb. 24, 5-8pm; Thursday, Feb. 25, 9am - noon. (No additions or exchanges can be made to your reservation at this time. No exceptions!!!)
    • T/F Box Office Hours: Thursday, Feb. 25, 12pm - 10pm; Friday, Feb. 26 & Saturday, Feb. 27, 9am - 10pm; Sunday, Feb. 28, 10am- 5pm.
  6. T/F Box Office opens at noon on Thursday, Feb. 25. At this time, passholders can make changes to their pre-fest reservation or pick up additional tickets (based on ticket availability).
  7. Keep your pass with you all weekend, as you'll need to present both your pass and ticket for admission into screenings. You need to show up at screenings ten minutes before a film starts to guarantee your seat will not be given away to someone in the Q.
  8. If a screening you want to attend is "NRT" (No Reserve Tickets remain), don't despair. Use the "Q."

Detailed information about ticket reservations will be sent to all passholders in late January. If you have any additional questions, please refer to the Ticket FAQ.

*Note: Online ticket reservations begin the week of Feb. 7. While tickets to some films may no longer be available if you wait until after Feb. 7 to purchase your pass, you may still reserve tickets to all available films until Feb. 19 at 6pm.
