- Ostensibly about the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, Sounds Like Teen Spirit is also an irresistible portrait of a fast-changing Europe from Cyprus to the former Soviet republics—where songs seem to be a good replacement for guns. - These brave, possibly foolhardy filmmakers go to battle zones, putting themselves in harm's way to come back with the story. Ian Olds (Occupation: Dreamland), Richard Parry and Robert King (Blood Trail) share their war stories, and Vaughan Smith, founder of the Frontline Club in London, tries to keep them on track.
